Hadassah
The Woman’s Zionist Organization of America supports hospitals and medical training in Israel. It also sponsors Youth Aliyah schools and participates in fund raising programs. Locally, Hadassah has sponsored a study group that has been meeting twice a month on Tuesday mornings for the last 40 years. Also, a Rosh Hodesh lunch is organized for the appropriate day each month.
Greater Lafayette HOLOCAUST Remembrance CONFERENCE
Each year, the Committee promotes its threefold mission in the form of a conference, presenting scholars’ research and discoveries, survivors’ stories and Holocaust education.
